2019 Officer's Retreat

You’ve heard of New-member Retreats and Sisterhood Retreats, but this weekend we held our first-ever Officer’s Council Retreat! Twenty nine girls attended a three hour retreat to work on new methods of planning, organizing events, and creating a more collaborative environment. In an effort to really grow as leaders, we also tackled difficult questions about the meaning of leadership, sisterhood and how we can each make our own unique impact.

Vice President of Administration, Rachel Bramley speaks on the goal of the retreat: ”I think our main goal was to make all the women of OC more comfortable with their position and with each other. We also wanted to ensure everyone was being heard and that women’s opinions were being respected and utilized!”
